Part Time Sales Assistant
The main area of focus for this role will be to streamline communication to increase sales activity and closing rates. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to, organizing information, documents, and customer correspondence. We require someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Responsibilities
- Act as a secondary point of contact for customers
- receiving call, take messages and routing correspondence
- Create proposals, contracts, and work orders for sold jobs
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Arrange sales appointments and provide reminders
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Follow company’s documentation and organizational system, in both electronic and paper based systems
- Follow up with clients once job is installed for feedback on our company and products
- As well as other office related duties
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a sales assistant or other related experience
- Full proficiency of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience in using Docusign or a similar program
- Experience with Google Maps
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School Diploma; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
